Overview
Red Bull is a global market leader for energy drinks. Red Bull’s Evolution team deployed online surveys using a 3rd party online survey tool to support the Distributor Evolution process. This tool was unstable which caused rework and manual check of data, resulting in inefficiencies and inaccurate scores. Red Bull intended to build a solution that would allow Evolution team to setup detailed hierarchical survey questions that would factor into an Enabler score for each Distributor. The results from the survey would be put out in a report (dashboard) that could be exported to multiple formats.

Solution
We designed a simple yet effective interface which enabled the Evolution team to create visual hierarchical based survey. The goal was to demonstrate, in an opaque manner, an easy to use customer experience which would showcase a deep analytical dashboard and give new powers to the evolution team in evaluating the distributors through their score details. The portal design was extremely well received by the executives and distributors.
